The OT Connection, LLC provides continuing education, professional development, and

coaching programs exclusively for occupational therapists and allied health professionals. ALL

through this Site, or in any program affiliated with the Company, are intended solely for

professional educational and informational purposes.

NOTHING contained in any course, program, written material, video, webinar, coaching session,

discussion forum, email communication, social media post, or any other content published or

shared by the Company or its representatives constitutes, and shall not be construed as:

• Occupational therapy services, evaluation, or treatment;

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment;

• Mental health counseling or psychotherapy;

• Physical therapy, speech therapy, or any other regulated health service;

or use of any content offered by The OT Connection, LLC does NOT create a therapeutic,

clinical, supervisory, or professional services relationship between you and the Company, its

owner, or any affiliated instructors or coaches.

Jennifer Kinkade, PP-OTD, OTR, the owner of the Company, is a licensed occupational

therapist. However, in the context of the Company's educational and coaching services, she is

acting exclusively in her capacity as an educator and professional development provider, NOT

as your occupational therapist or healthcare provider. Any information she shares is general

professional knowledge, not individualized clinical advice.

3. PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT REQUIRED

All content provided by the Company is intended to support and supplement your professional

education and development. The application of any concept, strategy, intervention, assessment

approach, or practice principle to a specific clinical case or patient situation requires the

exercise of your independent professional judgment, including consideration of:

• Your client's individualized clinical presentation, medical history, and functional needs;

• The evidence base applicable to your client's specific diagnosis and circumstances;

• Applicable professional standards, scope of practice guidelines, and ethical codes of

your profession;

• State and federal laws governing the practice of your profession in your jurisdiction;

• The policies and procedures of your employer or facility.

The Company expressly disclaims any responsibility for clinical decisions made by practitioners

who have used Company content. You are solely responsible for the clinical care you provide to

your patients and clients.

3.1 Clinical Implementation Responsibility

Users acknowledge that the Company cannot evaluate or supervise the specific patient

populations, workplace conditions, payer requirements, staffing considerations, or legal

restrictions applicable to each user’s professional environment. Users are solely responsible for

determining whether implementation of any educational concept is clinically appropriate, legally

permissible, and ethically justified within their specific setting.

3.2 No Supervisory Relationship

Participation in coaching, mentorship, consultation, educational discussion, or community

forums through the Company does not establish a supervisory relationship for licensure,

employment, or clinical oversight purposes.

4. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR LICENSURE

SUPERVISION OR CONSULTATION

The content and coaching services offered by the Company are not a substitute for clinical

supervision required under your professional license, consultation with your employer or facility,

supervision of students or support personnel, or formal mentorship programs required by your

licensing board.

If you require clinical supervision, professional consultation, legal guidance, or individualized

clinical advice, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

5. HEALTH AND WELLNESS CONTENT

To the extent that any Company content addresses health, wellness, self-care, or related topics

YOUR APPLICATION OF COMPANY CONTENT TO YOUR CLINICAL PRACTICE OR
