Jennifer Kinkade, PP-OTD, OTR/L, is the founder of The OT Connection and a registered occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan. Her work has included acute inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient care, home health, and school-based services, giving her a deep understanding of the realities clinicians face every day.

Throughout her career, one thing became clear. Education is everywhere, but knowing something and confidently applying it are not the same. Many clinicians are left trying to bridge that gap on their own.

That is the work Jennifer is most passionate about.

Through The OT Connection, she has created a space where clinicians are not only learning, but also supported in how to use that knowledge in real-world practice. By combining evidence-based education with mentorship, practical tools, and a collaborative community, she helps clinicians build confidence, grow in their careers, and feel more connected in their work.
